About project

​An industrial complex of 13 buildings, devastated by privatization processes, becomes the focus of architectural intervention. An autonomous complex, structurally invincible and defined by the ts volumes rather than its surface area, opens up to the city, the river, and its basin. The former grain house becomes the people’s house, while the silos and the square define a new urban epicenter. Movement through the perforated mass initiates the experience of liberated scenarios – a new void revealing the wholeness of the house. A month after the project completion demolition started.
