Punta, Omiš

About project

Omiš, a town in the Split agglomeration, offers potential for residential development through zones of industrial heritage, though these are threatened by privatization. The new system consists of: an invisible service layer, public spaces overlapping with private ones, and a shared intermediary zone. The private layer, seemingly rational, is internally adaptable, with flexible apartments that foster both income and community.
