Propositum suggestum in mari Adriatico / Suggested Purpose in the Adriatic Sea

About project

By the mid-21st century, 17 Croatian LNG platforms will lose their primary and sole function. The gas will be depleted, and the structures will be forgotten. The fate of platform Ivana D, now a coral reef on the Adriatic seabed, serves as a testament. This project seeks to propose new ideas and futures for these platforms: as waste collectors, watchtowers, and new cities. The project consists of an 8-meter-wide frieze, a collage of original hand-drawn diagrams, blueprints, and illustrations.
