About project
The surreal architecture of the former Sljeme factory becomes the city’s future artistic center. Necessary interventions to improve the buildings’ structural and physical properties, along with their interconnection, allows for inhabitation. It is populated with art schools, performance spaces, galleries, and adjacent content, as well as residential units that encourage artistic creation and its presentation. Residential living becomes an integral part of cultural institutions – apartments as stages, as galleries, and as theater loggias.
